Impulse 2021: Online Computer Science Fest at AGI Haldwani
At IMPULSE we will involve in activities which test your aptitude as well as attitude. These activities will help contestants to develop skills, which are necessary to survive in today's fast changing world. Also, these activities will help in evolving a technical temper among those participating, which is a step in developing the essential technical acumen.
We have lined up variety of online events viz; [poster making], [web designing], [tech intellect quiz], [programming/ debugging] & [technical presentation] , where one can unwind and celebrate between the challenging events as follows:
On 18th -June-2021
We will have an inaugral session sharp at 9:30 AM
Website Designing (10:00 AM - 10:50 AM)
This competition is open to all the students of XI, XII, Diploma, under graduate and Post graduate programme. The requirement of the competition is to produce a minimum of 5 pages of website based on the competition theme. Each competitor can create the web pages/website using any of the available web development tools and platforms. Participation in this competition should be only as an individual and no team work is allowed. The judges will evaluate the competitors work based on Content, Aesthetics, Design, Usability and Accessibility. The Contest begins on 18th June, 2021 at 10:00 am, and ends on 18th June, 2021 at 12:00 midnight.

Amrapali Group of Institute is organizing a virtual online Quiz on 18th June 2021. This Quiz is for Testing your basic Technical Intellect (Knowledge and application of basic Math’s & Science fundamentals).
The quiz is accessible online on the link provided to you on 18th June 2021 at 11:00 a.m. The quiz consists in a multiple-choice questionnaire on basic applications of Math’s & Science fundamentals.

E-Poster/ Poster (12:00 PM - 02:00 PM)
Posters are an integral part of academic conferences, but have limitations. E-Posters offer a new way to overcome these limitations, but their potential is largely under-utilized because of misconceptions regarding their design, creation and use at conferences. Aim: We aim to present some ideas for e-poster designers so that they can fully utilize the potential of this new medium.

Faculty of Technology and Computer Applications, AGI Haldwani is organizing an online Technical Presentation event on 19th June, 2021 which will start at 9:00 am . The main goal of the event is typically to convey a specific topic that is either technical in nature or has a technical component to it that needs to be addressed or understood. The event enable the participants to showcase their knowledge, ideas and presentation skills for the topic chosen by them among a list of topics provided.

This contest is for those who love to code. You are invited to show your telent in the field of programming. The competition consists of a set of programming problems of varying complexity. The team should strive to correctly solve as many problems as possible, as quickly as possible.
